Here is a little "passion poem", I find these to be a lighter form of poetry. More enjoyable to write...
Together
My heart is set aflame;
By a passion that remains,
Sparked by the loving
Of this woman.
She has but captured
My very soul
In the centre of her eyes
A moment, a lifetime, she has stolen!
Enmeshed together,
Flesh became light
An exsquisite sight, our bodies;
Our souls become one
Far richer than treasure;
More than mere pleasure;
This abundance of love and of light,
In a place; that is now right.
A language; not spoken
A spell; not broken
Commune for these two
As together they melt
All knowing, fully, the other
Never needing any tether
Our lovers forever
Together...
